The Mahler Group finances care projects in Bacau/Romania. Orphans and children in need receive help and support such as medical care, schooling, after school education and training in different situations of live. Recently, a run down building in Filipeni was turned into a convenient place after extensive renovation works. Here, children get free lunch and mentoring during the afternoon hours .

Our results - over 300,000 sqm of commercial space developed and leased within the last years include lease contracts for 28,000 sqm in Prague, 30,000 sqm in Budapest, 30,000 sqm in Belgrade and 60,000 sqm in Warsaw.


We started new initiatives in Macedonia, Bosnia and Albania where we are conducting market research and are looking for new locations.
